Kishiwada Castle
The castle keep was built in 1597 by Koide Hidemasa, an uncle of warlord Toyotomi Hideyoshi. It burnt down in 1827 following a lightning strike, but was reconstructed in 1954. The moat and the magnificent stone walls are quite a sight. The keep houses a museum, where you can see exhibits and artifacts related to the castle and the Kishiwada Domain.
