Kashiwara City Museum of History
Introduce about the history of Kashiwara from the Jomon Period (13000 to 800 BC) to modern times. Exhibits of earthenware and roof tiles excavated from burial mounds and burial mounds. You can learn about life and culture at that time. Worth special mention is the bronze clothes iron “hinoshi” that was found at the Takaidayama Tumulus. This is the equivalent of a modern iron and is a very valuable cultural heritage.
