Kokubuya
Located near Negoro-ji Temple, this ryokan (Japanese-style inn) first opened in 1868. Kokubuya still retains its original look and feel, and has on display many historically significant documents and antiques. For dinner, try the house specialty Zohei-nabe, a hot pot chock-full of game and 16 kinds of wild vegetables. Then end your day with a soothing soak in the large Japanese bath.
